Police responded to a report of a person shot in the area of 39 Baird Street around 1 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
Upon arrival, officers found an adult male suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
So far, no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Boston Police at (617) 343-4470.
